6. Delivery

6.4 If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

7.2 To exercise this right, you must notify us by email or post.
7.3 You must return the Products within 14 days of informing us.
7.4 Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
7.5 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Products are faulty or misdescribed.
7.6 We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

8. Faulty or Defective Products
